Raptor Run Fitness Goals screen with active goals and weekly missions
Actual Fitness screen from a demo account with simulated run history.

Begin with the Goals tab

The Goals tab brings active goals together with a snapshot of this week's running. Distance, number of runs, and streak information are shown from your saved activity. You can choose a goal, use a suggested goal, or look at weekly missions for a more immediate target. Goals are there to give direction, not to turn every outing into a test.

Choose a workout in Training

The Training tab includes a workout library with easy, tempo, interval, and long-run choices. A workout can carry its suggested run settings into setup, where you can review and adjust the session before you start. If you want the dinosaur element, you can use a chase mode; a workout does not mean that every run needs a chase.

Read the supporting information

Training load, pace zones, pace development, and an activity calendar help describe your recent running. The app can also show estimated race times when it has enough useful data. These are summaries and estimates from recorded runs. They are not a medical assessment, a diagnosis, or a promise that a particular training plan will improve a race result.

Match the day you actually have

An easy run and a harder interval session serve different purposes, but no single on-screen prompt knows everything about your sleep, recovery, injuries, or commitments. Use the app's controls to choose an effort that fits. If you are new to faster running, the warm-up and recovery article explains why those parts of a session matter, with the limits of the research stated clearly.

Keep your own record visible

Finishing runs gives the app more history to display. You can then move from the Fitness tools to Progress for pace trends, distance, and personal bests. The two views serve related jobs: Fitness helps you choose what is next, while Progress helps you review what has happened. The app preview shows real Fitness and Progress screens from a simulated demo account.
