Start with the run you actually did
The app tracks route, distance, pace, and time during a run. A summary after you stop brings the session together with chase outcomes and performance feedback. That gives you a place to see the effort behind the adventure.
See patterns, not one isolated number
The Progress view looks across runs to show pace trends, distance, personal bests, and other indicators. Goals can focus on weekly distance, run frequency, duration, pace, and chase escapes. The point is to see how one day relates to the next, not to judge a whole running journey by a single session.
Give the week a mission
Weekly missions and the workout library offer a next step when you want one. The app also records achievements and progression from legitimate runs. Some runners enjoy the competitive layer of groups; others can keep the focus on their own record.
Let the game support the habit
Raptor Run's dinosaurs create moments of urgency, but the foundation is still real movement. A Just Run day counts as a run. A chase day can test pace. Both can belong in the same training story.
